EDM Machining

In addition to CNC Machining, JC Manufacturing also offers Wire and Sinker EDM Machining for your high precision needs.

Both Sinker EDM and Wire EDM

Both use electrodes to produce sparks that cut the material being machined. The spark created by the electrode never comes into physical contact with the machined part, so it maintains the integrity of the material as well as a burr-free finish.
